Planning
Every project starts with a good plan. Deciding what you can do, maybe what you can’t. Deciding on what changes you will make. Deciding on the finishes to be installed. This all happens in the before the project begins.
Quoting
Quoting should be clear and concise. If there are items that are undecided, an average value should be in the quote for a baseline to allow for fair and real changes in the price.
Execution
This can include the project timing, the sequencing of activities, the quality of the craftsmanship, and the level of professionalism that is seen by the client and those near to the project.
Problem Solving
it would be nice if we could say everything will always go as planned. When something goes off the track, you can be assured that a timely solution will quickly be delivered.
Completion
Its time for that final invoice. A tour of the project will always be performed with the client to determine if aspects of the project have been completed within the scope of the project. Deficiencies will be noted along with a realistic timeline for their completion.
